Spacebar refunds skills points, but applies skill-up again

I think the spacebar is supposed to undo your last point, but it actually seems to level up that skill again.

spacebar is not suppose to undo/refund your skill/attribute point, it is pressing the last button you've pressed again and applying an attribute up with your available points again. I'll be sure to fix that, thank you for the report.
