The Models Team will be responsible for taking the basic (way too many polys) models developed by the Design Team, smoothing the Poly count and producing models that can be used in game.
The Team will be working under the following limitation(s):
You may not alter the Design Team models except as required to clean them up, ie: no adding extra spiky bits because you think they will look cooler.
Because of the requirement to produce working in-game models, team members must have access to the required tools to do so.
Not all Team members will be expected to own 3DSMax or its equivalents, but they must be able to produce something that can be imported as required.

The Team Lead for the Models Team will be responsible for the completed in-game models, liaising with the Design Team and chasing people in the Models Team up to complete the required models.
Part of the liaising requirement will likely be handling suggestions from the Models Team to the Design and Textures Teams...
